2. Hosting
This website is hosted by a service provider on our behalf, which creates server log files for technical operation and security. These log files can contain the IP address of the accessing device, the date and time of the request, the requested file, the referrer and the browser used. This data is not merged with other sources and is not used to draw conclusions about individual users. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient provision of this website (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
3. No cookies, no tracking, no analytics
This website does not set cookies, does not use analysis tools such as Google Analytics or Matomo, does not embed videos, maps or social media plug-ins, and does not use advertising or tracking technologies. No personal data is collected beyond the technical access data described above.
4. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (in particular your name, email address and message content) is stored by us in order to process your request and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contractual matter, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of the enquiry and statutory retention periods, in particular under tax and commercial law, have expired.
5. Instagram
This website contains a plain text link to our Instagram profile. No Instagram plug-in or embedded content is loaded. No data is transmitted to Instagram when you visit our website; data is only processed by Instagram if you click the link and visit the platform yourself, where the processing takes place under Instagram’s own data protection provisions.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may object at any time to processing based on a legitimate interest, for reasons arising from your particular situation. These rights apply to the extent the statutory requirements are met. To exercise them, write to the email address given above.
7. Right to complain
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Berlin, the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
8. Changes to this policy
We may adapt this privacy policy to keep it in line with actual data processing or with changed legal requirements. The current version applies as of the date shown below.
